Ken, the driving rhythmic force behind the Power Trio Spoonful-O-Blues, grew up on the streets of Bay Shore, New York.  His big sister Stacie (Yes, Stacie Flint, the famous artist - www.StacieFlint.com) first got him into the Monkees when he was around 6 or so, then it was the Beatles, then Ken found KISS.   He knew then that Rock and Roll was going to be his life.

By the time he was 12 years old, he knew he could play any instrument he wanted.  He looked at all the guys in KISS, and liked the drummer Peter Criss the best.  He then asked for drums for Christmas, and from there it was destiny!  The power grooves, boogie beats and flaming riffs to come would make all the neighbors back in Bay Shore, Long Island, New York remember when!

But it doesn't stop there.  Since then Ken has played for audiences around the world and recorded albums/CDs with such groups as Act of Mercy (Atlantic Records), Toyz (Secret Records), FFMH (Athelstan Records), ICE and many more.  To read more about it, go to www.FlintManor.com

Many tours, albums/videos/CDs, TV and radio appearences, movie soundtracks, ASCAP songwriting awards later, here we find Ken today.  Ken says, "Today, it's all about having fun and making people happy.  There's a live interaction with Bruce and Tony that just doesn't get captured on a recording.  It's the kind of thing that gives you goose bumps........, you feel the music.... and the audience, and they feel you, and you know right then and there, each and every time, you're doing the right thing with your life, and you never want it to end!"
