This was a Carnival/Street Fair that went on throughout the day, but Spoonful-O-Blues appeared on the Village Pub stage at 4PM and finished around 9PM!! The boys played for 5 hours, as more and more people came and asked the band to keep going! All ages came, young and old, including musicians/songwriters from many other bands.
Ken asked the Barber Shop Quartet from down the street to come sing, and they did, opening up the for Spoonful-O-Blues! Everyone had a blast, the audience, the band, the Barber Shop Quartet, no one was left out! Click here for pictures!

Although normally Spoonful-O-Blues is the ONLY band to play any given venue on a given night and often plays 4 to 6 hours, this night was an early one because another band was playing this venue this night as well. The band's regular crowd flew in from Chicago AGAIN to see the band play this venue. THIS TIME they had their pictures taken and can be seen here. They also left fan mail which is posted on the Fan Mail page (see Mark from Chicago and Sal M.).
There were also many new faces that became immediate fans, signed up on the mailing list, left fan mail, and demanded that the venue bring the band back so they could see them again and even demanded to know when it was going to be!
